Who We Are!

What We Do!

The Robinson Foundation’s Youth Violence Prevention Program (YVPP)is a community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adolescents and young adults by providing education, mentorship, housing, and life-changing opportunities. We believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and support needed to achieve stability, success, and self-sufficiency.

Our programs include:

GED Preparation & Educational Support – Helping individuals earn their GED and gain the skills needed for college or career advancement.

Mentoring & Tutoring – Pairing youth with trained mentors and tutors to improve academic performance, personal growth, and career readiness.

Scholarship Opportunities – Providing financial assistance for college-bound students, ensuring they have access to higher education and brighter futures.

Safe & Stable Housing – Offering transitional housing for families experiencing homelessness and individuals in need of support during life’s most difficult transitions.

To ensure the success of The Robinson Foundation’s Youth Violence Prevention Program, we must actively engage, empower, and motivate young people to participate. Our approach will focus on youth leadership, community involvement, mentorships, and incentives, with hands-on activities that make the program relevant, exciting, and beneficial to them.

Through education, mentorship, and housing, We are committed to breaking cycles of poverty, violence, and instability—empowering individuals to create better lives and stronger communities.

By integrating these youth-focused engagement strategies, The Robinson Foundation’s YVPP will ensure that young people not only participate in the program but also take ownership of their growth, success, and impact within their communities.
