Washington, DC faces high rates of domestic violence, homelessness, youth involvement in high-risk behaviors, and barriers to successful re-entry for returning citizens. Survivors, at-risk youth, and individuals re-entering society after incarceration often lack access to safe housing, preventive programs, and comprehensive support systems. This gap leaves many vulnerable to returning to unsafe environments, engaging in harmful activities, or experiencing further instability.

The Robinson Foundation seeks to close this gap by providing a safe haven paired with tailored, wraparound services designed to help survivors rebuild their lives, prevent youth from entering cycles of violence and incarceration, and equip returning citizens with the tools to successfully reintegrate into the community.

Under the leadership of Valencia Robinson, who brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, The Robinson Foundation is uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality care and targeted programming. Our team of experts in counseling, youth outreach, re-entry services, operations, and program management ensures a sustainable and impactful initiative that addresses both prevention and long-term recovery.
